"my work is deeply influenced by my passion for color, and my belief in the transformative power of art in spaces"
artistic philosophy & background
My passion for improving work environment led me to collaborate with architects to create more innovative and stimulating work spaces while working at one of the most amazing buildings in the area, AstraZeneca, a pharmaceutical company located in Boston area. As a Head of the Art committee I was responsible for artwork selection for the site.

Offering art rental service primarily focused on businesses to create inspiring workspaces with rotating collections"
Art rental or art leasing is a service that allows individuals or businesses to rent artwork for a specified period. This approach provides several benefits, including access to high-quality art without the commitment of ownership, the ability to rotate and refresh artwork regularly, and potential tax advantages for businesses.
key benefits |
|
- Flexibility: Renting art allows clients to change their collections periodically, keeping their spaces dynamic and fresh. This is especially beneficial for businesses that want to maintain an inspiring and updated environment without the long-term commitment of purchasing art.
- Cost-Effective: Art leasing can be more affordable than buying, especially for high-end pieces. It spreads the cost over time, making it easier to manage budgets. Some agreements may also include an option to purchase the artwork at the end of the lease term.
- Tax Advantages: For businesses, leasing art can often be treated as an operational expense, providing potential tax benefits. This can make art leasing a more attractive option compared to outright purchasing, which might need to be depreciated over time.
- Trial Period: Renting art provides an opportunity to live with the artwork before making a permanent decision to buy. This "try before you buy" approach helps ensure that the piece fits well with the space and resonates with the client's preferences over time.
- Variety and Access: Leasing art offers access to a wide range of artworks and artists that might otherwise be unaffordable. This can include contemporary works, classic pieces, and even custom installations tailored to specific environments.
typical art rental process |
|
- Consultation: The process often begins with a consultation to understand the client's preferences, space requirements, and budget.
- Selection: Clients select artworks from a curated collection offered by the leasing company. This can be done in-person or online.
- Agreement: A leasing agreement is signed, outlining the rental period, costs, and any additional terms.
- Installation: The leasing company typically handles the delivery and installation of the artworks.
- Rotation: Depending on the agreement, clients can rotate the artworks at regular intervals to keep the display fresh and engaging.
Art rental is an excellent option for those who want to enjoy high-quality art without the long-term commitment and expense of purchasing. It offers flexibility, financial advantages, and the ability to continually refresh one's environment with new and inspiring artworks.
